While our products are imported and don’t carry a manufacturer guarantee, we go the extra mile by offering our own machine warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
✅ Warranty Coverage
- 1-Year Machine Warranty on watches priced up to ₹8000
- 1–2 Years Warranty for higher-priced watches – the higher the price, the longer the coverage!
This warranty covers natural mechanical failure (e.g., the watch stops working on its own). If we’re unable to repair the watch, we’ll do our best to replace it with a similar model.
📌 Important Warranty Conditions
- Warranty only covers internal machine failure.
- To claim warranty, you must provide your Order ID (sent via email at the time of purchase).

- Mishandling or damage by the customer
